Job Description
- Handle walk-in customers and understand their needs
- Take care of sale, up selling and cross-selling of products/services
Key Responsibilities :
• Manage receipt, storage, and dispatch of raw materials, packing items, and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate GRN, eWaybill records, and inventory documentation.
• Ensure timely dispensing and receiving of materials for smooth operations.
• Handle finished goods inventory and manage BSR effectively.
• Prepare and maintain audit-ready documentation and face audits confidently.
• Streamline workflows for formulation-based inventory management.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and operations teams to meet objectives.
• Implement inventory controls to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Train and lead the warehouse team to ensure operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Expertise in inventory and stock control.
• Strategic sales planning and performance analysis.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
