Job Title: Store Manager


Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Retail Store Manager to lead our store team in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Customer Service:

·  Achieve sales targets and drive sales growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.

2. Inventory Management:

·  Manage inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
·  Control Pilferages / Shrinkages

3. Visual Merchandising:

·  Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance the customer shopping experience as per respective Brand Standards.
·  Ensure that all visual merchandising elements are aligned with the brand's visual identity.

4. Team Management and Development:

·  Lead, motivate, and develop a high performing store team, including sales associates, customer service representatives, and inventory specialists.
·  Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for growth and development.
·  Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that encourages collaboration, innovation, and exceptional customer service.
·  Develop and implement training programs to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
·  Collaborate with the HR team & Operations Manager / Retail Head to recruit, select, and onboard new team members.

5. Operational Excellence:

·  Ensure the store is operated in accordance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
·  Collaborate with the facilities team to ensure that the store is properly maintained and repaired.

6. Financial Management:

·  Manage store expenses, including Team, inventory, and operational costs.
·  Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported to the respective Financial Team.

7. Communication and Collaboration:

·  Communicate effectively with the store team, Retail Head / Operations Manager / City Manager, and other Management to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.
·  Collaborate with other store managers to share best practices and drive business results.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or a Equivalent related Education.
2. Experience: Minimum 5 years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar industry.
