Responsibilities: Operations Management: Oversee daily store activities, including opening/closing, staff scheduling, and ensuring a clean and organized environment. Staff Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff, addressing performance and disciplinary issues.& Sales & Revenue: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, achieve revenue targets, and grow profitability. Inventory Control:Manage inventory, place orders, and minimize waste. Customer Service:Ensure exceptional customer service, handle inquiries, and resolve complaints. Quality Control:Maintain high standards of quality for cakes and other products. Financial Management:Monitor sales, expenses, and profitability,Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Problem-solving and analytical skills.Customer service skills.Inventory management and financial skills.Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.Creativity and innovation in product development and marketing.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Familiarity with bakery production processes
