Store Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner. Understand customer needs, provide product knowledge, and offer tailored solutions to enhance the customer experience.

• Sales & Targets: Actively engage in sales activities, consistently achieving individual and team sales targets. Use upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.

• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product details, pricing, features, and benefits of all jewelry items. Educate customers about gemstones, metals, and trends to help them make informed purchases.

• Store Presentation: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout. Ensure jewelry displays are neat and well-stocked, highlighting new arrivals and promotional products.

• Inventory Management: Assist with stock management, including receiving new shipments, checking inventory levels, and ensuring that products are properly displayed and stored.

• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized service and follow-up calls. Encourage repeat business through loyalty programs and special offers.

• Cash Handling & Transactions: Accurately process customer transactions, including cash, credit card payments, and any returns or exchanges. Handle cash with responsibility and ensure all sales are recorded correctly.

• Promotions & Marketing: Help promote in-store events, sales, and promotions to increase customer engagement and sales. Assist in executing marketing campaigns and loyalty programs.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow sales executives and store managers to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment. Assist with training new staff members when necessary.
