Desired Candidate Profile:
Education and/or experience as a supervisor: Retail/Hospitality/Hotel Management
Minimum 2 years related hospitality management experience (preferably IHM and Retail Operations )
Skills Required:
Strong Supervision
Proficiency in Telugu is mandatory And English, Hindi Require
Comprehensive & effective Communication skills (Written & Verbal)
Guest Service oriented
Strong Coordination & cooperation Skills

Computer Skills:
Windows Operating system
Basic knowledge of computers and software including ability to use e-mail,
Word processing,
POS (Point Of Sale) and spreadsheet software
Roles and Responsibilities:
Directly manages the Centre staff on a daily basis.
Supervises the employees on the Property.
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the unit.
In charge of assigned areas and responsibilities allotted by Centre Manager.
Carries out management responsibilities by the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems with the help of Human Resources.
Strong Supervision of on-floor staff & operations
Guest Satisfaction:
Promotes 100% guest satisfaction throughout property.
Ensures that all guest-related issues are resolved in a manner consistent with the company's goals and objectives.
