The MBBS Admission Counselor is responsible for guiding and assisting students in securing admission to top medical universities abroad. The counselor will provide expert advice and support throughout the admission process, ensuring that students make informed decisions about their medical education.

# Key Responsibilities:

Counseling and Guidance

- Provide personalized counseling to students and parents on MBBS abroad programs, universities, and admission requirements.

- Assess students' academic backgrounds, interests, and career goals to recommend suitable MBBS programs.

- Offer guidance on the admission process, including application submission, document preparation, and interview preparation.

Admission Processing

- Assist students in submitting applications for admission via DMEPL.

- Ensure that all required documents, including certificates, and NEET scores, are collected and submitted on time.

- Coordinate with team to obtain admission letters, visas, and other necessary documents.

University and Program Knowledge

- Stay up-to-date with the latest information on MBBS programs, universities, and admission requirements.

- Develop and maintain relationships with university representatives to ensure access to the latest information and admission opportunities.

Student Support and Follow-up

- Provide ongoing support and guidance to students throughout the admission process.

- Conduct regular follow-ups with students to ensure they are meeting deadlines and requirements.

- Address any concerns or issues that may arise during the admission process.

Sales and Marketing

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly admission targets.

- Participate in sales and marketing activities, including counseling sessions, seminars, and education fairs.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

Reporting and Administration

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions, applications, and admissions.

- Prepare and submit reports on admission statistics, student feedback, and market trends.

- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and communication with internal team.

# Performance Metrics:

- Number of students counseled and admitted to MBBS programs abroad.

- Admission conversion rate (number of admissions divided by number of applications).

- Student satisfaction ratings (based on feedback forms and surveys).

# Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related.

- Proven experience in education counseling, admissions, or a related field.
