Job Purpose:

The Counselor will manage admissions, convert leads (primarily walk-ins), follow up with leads, and ensure timely collections. The role also includes updating CRM systems and achieving set targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Conversion: Convert walk-in leads into admissions (40% of role).

• Follow-ups: Follow up with DM leads and update in LMS.

• Target Achievement: Meet admission and revenue targets.

• Data Entry: Maintain accurate ERP entries for leads and admissions.

• Lead Nurturing: Engage leads via WhatsApp and guide them through the enrollment process.

• Order Collection: Responsible for collecting fees as part of the admission process.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate (any stream)

• Skills: Strong communication (Kannada, English), CRM/ERP knowledge, target-driven.
