Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and driven Academic Counsellor to join our team. You will be responsible for guiding students in making the right academic and career choices, helping them understand our training and placement programs, and assisting them through the entire enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents regarding our career development and placement-focused programs

• Understand student needs and suggest suitable courses and career paths

• Handle inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and follow-ups

• Maintain accurate student records in CRM or Excel

• Assist with student onboarding, documentation, and scheduling

• Achieve monthly targets related to counseling and course enrollments

• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth academic support

• Participate in career seminars, webinars, or events conducted by the company
  
  Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education, Psychology, or Management preferred)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to counsel, guide, and convince students confidently

  • Good command over MS Office and basic CRM tools

  • Friendly, empathetic, and student-focused approach

  • Prior experience in counseling, customer service, or sales is a plus

  • Freshers with excellent communication and confidence are welcome
