Job Description

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Academic Counsellors to guide and support prospective students through their journey of selecting the right language or SAP course. As a counsellor, you will be the first point of contact, playing a key role in shaping students’ educational and professional futures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and working professionals on course offerings and assist them in choosing suitable programs.
  
  

• Handle walk-in inquiries, telephonic queries, and follow up with leads.
  
  

• Explain course structures, fees, duration, and benefits in a clear and convincing manner.
  
  

• Maintain regular communication with prospective students to ensure enrollment targets are met.
  
  

• Work closely with the operations and teaching staff for smooth student onboarding.
  
  

• Achieve monthly targets and benefit from performance-based incentives.
  
  

Skills & Qualifications:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  

• Fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
  
  

• Basic knowledge of counselling or customer service preferred.
  
  

• Confident, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
