Key Responsibilities:

• Counsels prospective students and parents on course selection and admission processes

• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings

• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and applications

• Guide students through the entire admission cycle — from inquiry to enrollment

• Conduct campus tours, orientation sessions, and admission events

• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospective applicants

• Meet or exceed monthly admission/enrollment targets

• Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams for promotional activities

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong convincing and problem-solving abilities

• Basic knowledge of CRM or admission management software

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
