Hello candidates, We have urgent requirement of Admission Counselor for Mohali location. Experience required - 1 year in sales (mandatory). Qualification - Any Graduate with good English. Salary- 15 to 30 k / per month+ incentive.ROLEInteract with the students and counsel them/ their parents to help identify the right program/ course, guide them through the Institute admission process such that they are able to get admission into a course that bestmatches their performance, potential and preferences. Contribute in office administration and counsellingactivities of new enrolments in the Institute.DELIVERABLESEffective counseling for Enrolment of Prospective Students.Customer Relationship Management and data management.Learning and DevelopmentHandling Visits and Offline queriesKEY RESULT AREASEffective counselling for Enrolment of Prospective Studentsa. Increase student enrolment in programs offered by the institute by following sales marketingprocess.b. Career counselling for prospective learners to ensure Sales.c. Tele-Counseling and follow-up on database generated through structured campaigns.d. Attending calls - Receiving, and responding, as pleasantly as possible while trying to provide fullinformation, and support to the students, parents and channel partners.e. Effective handling and use of CRM and ERP system.
