Job Profile - Team Leader - Admission Counsellor

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Team Leader to manage and guide our Admission Counsellor team (5-6 members). The ideal candidate should have strong experience in telesales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive the team towards achieving admission targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 5-6 Admission Counsellors.
• Monitor daily sales performance and ensure team members achieve their targets.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to improve efficiency.
• Develop strategies to enhance student enrollments for our banking preparation courses.
• Ensure high-quality communication with potential students and parents.
• Handle escalations and resolve queries related to admissions.
• Maintain reports on team performance, sales, and conversions.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in telesales, including 2 years in team handling.
• Industry Preference: Education, EdTech, or related fields.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Sales Skills: Strong ability to drive admissions and meet targets.
• Leadership Qualities: Ability to mentor, guide, and motivate the team.
• Work Schedule: 6 days working (Alternate Saturdays off, Sundays fixed off).
Salary:
Up to ₹40,000 per month + Attractive Incentives.
