Role Description:
👉 We are hiring a full-time, on-site Admission/Senior Admission Counsellor in Hyderabad.
👉 You will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets by selling our medical courses to healthcare professionals.
👉 The ideal candidate should have a proven inside sales track record, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the healthcare industry.

👉 Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

✅ Achieving sales Targets.
✅ Excellent Communication skills. (Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory).
✅ A positive approach to objection handling is essential and good organizational skills and attention to detail.
✅ Ed-tech sales experience will be an extra advantage. Not applicable for freshers.
✅ Ready to work in high growth start-up environment and above all, a committed attitude towards the completion of daily inputs and outputs, with the goal of matching (and exceeding!) targets.
Responsibilities:
✅ Conduct outbound sales calls to healthcare professionals to promote and sell our medical courses.
✅ Develop and maintain relationships with customers through follow-up calls and emails.
✅ Identify potential new customers and opportunities for business growth.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
✅ Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers throughout the sales process.
✅ Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competition.
✅ Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve company targets.
