Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Admission Counsellor to join our team. The role involves guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing accurate course information, and assisting in enrollment. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to meet enrollment targets.

Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents about course options, admission procedures, and career prospects.

• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

• Follow up with leads to ensure successful enrollment.

• Maintain and update student records and databases.

• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the admission process.

• Participate in educational fairs, school visits, and promotional events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education or related disciplines preferred).

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in admissions counseling or a similar role.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Target-driven with good persuasion and negotiation abilities.
