Admission Counsellor

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Admission Counselors to guide students and parents in choosing the right course for their future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome walk-in students and parents, provide detailed information about the courses, and guide them through the admission process.

• Understand student needs, interests, and career goals to suggest suitable courses.

• Follow a structured counseling and sales process to convert inquiries into enrollments.

• Conduct follow-ups with prospects who visited the center or showed interest in joining.

• Coordinate with the telecalling team for follow-up leads and maintain a strong conversion pipeline.

• Handle inquiries from various sources such as walk-ins, phone calls, referrals, and digital platforms.

• Maintain student records and reports using internal tools/CRM.

• Collect fees and complete admission formalities.

• Support students in understanding the class schedule, faculty coordination, and orientation process.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
