Admission Counsellor

As an Admission Counsellor - Inside Sales, you will play a crucial role in recruiting prospective students. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential students, provide information about courses, and guide them through the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students on various UG & PG courses.

• Engage with students via data calling and online chat to provide admission guidance.

• Advise students on course selection and admission procedures.

• Handle inquiries via telephone and walk-ins.

• Convert leads into enrollments and achieve admission targets.

• Maintain student records and follow-up databases.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth admission processing.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduation is mandatory.

• Experience: Minimum 6 months in sales, preferably in education or a related industry.

• Age Limit: Up to 32 years.

• Good English communication skills are mandatory.

• Strong sales and persuasion skills.

• Customer-centric approach with a focus on student support.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
