Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) / Area Sales Executive (ASE) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing orders from distributors, driving sales in the general trade, and promoting products within the FMCG/Biscuit industry. You will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and retailers to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle orders from distributors and ensure timely delivery of products.
Drive sales growth in the general trade channel by identifying opportunities and expanding the customer base.
Manage and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other business partners.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability and visibility at retail outlets.
Achieve sales targets and KPIs in line with business objectives.
Provide product information, promotional support, and training to distributors and retailers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales within the FMCG or biscuit industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and drive sales in a target-driven environment.
Knowledge of the local market and distribution network.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Preferred Experience:
Previous experience in handling distributor relationships in FMCG/General Trade.
Knowledge of sales management and promotional activities within the FMCG sector.
