We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Manager to lead our sales team in promoting our generic pharmaceutical products to stockiest/distributor, chemist and generating sales revenue.
# Key Responsibilities
•Sales Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
•Business Planning: Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
•Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of generic pharmaceutical products, including their features, benefits, and clinical applications.
•Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with Retailer, pharmacist & wholesale distributor.
•Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market data to inform sales strategies and stay competitive.
•Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales representatives, providing coaching and development opportunities to improve sales performance.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
# Requirements
•Education: B Pharma, D Pharma Life Sciences, or a related field.
•Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
•Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership skills and negotiation skills.
•Knowledge: Strong knowledge of generic pharmaceutical products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
•Language Skills Proficiency in English and local languages.
