Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Visits: Conduct 6 customer visits daily, amounting to 100 visits per month, including 10 new customers every month.

• Sales Target Achievement: Promote and sell edgebands to furniture manufacturers and suppliers in the Coimbator region, achieving monthly sales targets.

• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.

• B2B Sales: Focus on business-to-business (B2B) sales within the manufacturing industry, targeting furniture manufacturers and related businesses.

• Product Presentation: Effectively present the features, benefits, and value of the edgebands to potential customers.

• Negotiation Skills: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to close sales deals.

• Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and customer needs in the furniture and manufacturing industry.

• Reporting: Maintain proper records of daily visits, customer feedback, and sales progress; report regularly to the sales manager.

• New Customer Acquisition: Proactively identify and reach out to new prospects to expand the customer base in the region.

Required Skills:

• Experience in the Manufacturing Industry: Prior experience selling products in the manufacturing and furniture field is essential.

• B2B Sales: Proven track record in B2B sales, with a focus on building and maintaining business relationships.

• Presentation Skills: Ability to present products and solutions effectively to customers.

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective customer interaction.

• Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate and close deals while maintaining profitable relationships.

• Reporting Skills: Proficiency in maintaining accurate visit logs, sales records, and customer information.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if the experience aligns.
