JOB DESCRIPTION:

Purpose-

 An experienced integrated solutions professional with excellent communication skills.
 Responsible for building strategy, concepts and execution plans.
 Should be organized and able to analyze briefs and have good presentation skills.
 Ultimately, the candidate should be able to develop, present and close briefs and achieve business goals.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES-

 Establish and grow relationships with major clients and ad agencies.
 Actively identify and pursue new advertising and revenue opportunities for Big World platforms.
 Meet the assigned revenue targets.
 Keep up to date with trends and developments in the digital industry to gain early insights into new business opportunities.

Client Servicing-

 Timely support to Sales team on briefs/proposals.
 Objection handling.
 Ideas for revenue optimization.
 Build and maintain business relationships with internal cross functional teams.

 Required Qualifications and Skills-

o The candidate needs to have handled creative and /or strategic roles.
o 4-8 years in integrated solutions /creative/strategy roles.
o Should share great relationships with agencies & direct clients.
o Excellent analytical, creative and organizational skills.
o Comfortable with change.
