LOCATION - Delhi { Connaught place & West Delhi -Subhash Nehru place Company name - Future Generali Health Insurance Product -Health Insurance Onrole job Workings hours - 9:30 am to 6 pm Working days - Monday to Friday { Sat & Sun will be holidays } Department - Agency Vertical Qualification -Degree pass &Above Age criteria - Max Up to 35 years Salary Structure - Upto 5 lacs per annum { based on experience and candidate last salary } Travel allowances - 4600/- { Fixed } Mobile Allowances - 500/ - { On bill upload } 1-Greetings - Assistant sales manager is responsible for recruiting agents such as Existing life insurance agents /RD post office agents /Financial institutions /Housewives/Retired person /Self employed business people etc . 2-Creating own team of agents { through social media activities/ Field activities/Self contacts } 3-Irda Licensing of agents { Insurance regulatory development authority } 4- Product training of agents 5-Business generation through agents Regards Recruitment Vendor team
