· Candidate should be from freight forwarding industry and is having the geographical / market knowledge of Delhi

· He/ She have his own customer database of Ocean freight 

    

· He/ She should be able to drive sales and push teams across his region. The

 

incumbent will also be responsible for recovery of outstanding payments from

 

clients

Should bring Business 4 times of his/Her Salary. 

       

· Should maintain tracker of all visits and prospective clients

  

· He/ She should be able to create & develop the team for the region.

 

· He/ She should be motivated to achieve targets assigned by management

 

· Maintaining good interpersonal relationship with all other product teams of the

group

       

· Sincere and loyal towards discharging his responsibility 

           

Skill Set requirement:

      

· Excellent written and oral communication skills with pleasing personality

 

· Excellent negotiation skills

     

· Ability to work independently and with professional discretion.

  

· Team management skills

      

Educational requirements:

      

The candidate should have been a graduate/ MBA and can guide the sales Team
