Job Description: Tele Sales Executive - Life Insurance Savings & Investment Plans
As a Tele Sales Executive, your primary responsibility is to promote and sell life insurance savings and investment plans over the phone. You will engage with potential customers, understand their financial needs, and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve their long-term goals. Key responsibilities include:
1. Customer Engagement: Contact potential leads and existing customers to explain the benefits of life insurance savings and investment plans.
2. Needs Assessment: Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
3. Sales Conversion: Persuade prospects to purchase insurance plans by addressing their concerns and highlighting plan features.
4. Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.
5. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.
6. Compliance: Adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines during sales interactions.
This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment
