This role requires working in the field to identify ,reach out and engage potential client for our marketing. You will play a crucial role in marketing and promoting our services, building client relationship and driving revenue growth.
Key responsibility-
Identify and approach potential client in the field to generate new business opportunity.
Present, explain the services to the prospective clients.
Conduct face to face meeting or interaction with the potential client. Understanding their needs.
Build and maintain strong, long lasting client relationship to ensure repeat business.
Prepare and deliver pitches and presentation for potential client.
Meet or exceed monthly sales target.
Required skill:
Sales and marketing skill-
Strong understanding of sales process, with proven success in sales or marketing role.
Communication skill-
Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Negotiation skill-
Ability to negotiate and close the deals effectively.
Industry knowledge-
Basic understanding of real estate business and services.
Client relationship management-
Strong interpersonal skill with a client centric approach.
Time management-
Ability to plan ,prioritize and manage time effectively while in the field.
Preferred skill-
Experience in B2C field sales.
