Job Description
- Convert leads, build client relationship and sell products/services
- Explain the customers about the products, its features and benefits
• Greet and assist walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and provide product information and demonstrations.
• Recommend the most suitable two-wheeler models based on customer preferences, and usage.
• Explaining vehicle features and benefits clearly to customers.
• Convert inquiries into sales by providing persuasive presentations and closing deals.
• Stay updated with the features, specifications, and promotions of two-wheeler models.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and stock levels.
