We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to oversee our commercial vehicle operations at the Gondia branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring operational efficiency, managing a high-performing team, and achieving business targets.
Lead and manage branch operations, ensuring smooth sales and service processes.
Develop and execute strategies to increase sales of commercial vehicles (LCVs, HCVs, etc.).
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Drive retail finance and insurance penetration at the branch level.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and profitability goals.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the Gondia region.
Recruit, train, and motivate the sales and service team.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and financial institutions.
Oversee after-sales service and handle customer escalations.
Graduate/MBA preferred.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales and operations in the automotive/commercial vehicle industry.
Proven track record of managing a team and delivering targets.
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Familiarity with the Gondia market and local customer base is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
