Key Responsibilities:

• Add leads to the booking calendar and maintain accurate records.

• Manage email correspondence, data entry, and contract processing.

• Address customer inquiries regarding moving services, pricing, and scheduling by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

• Handle payments and assist with reservations.

• Conduct regular follow-ups on reservations and payments.

• Stay informed about company policies, pricing structures, and industry trends.

Requirement:

• Good communication, quick learner, and organizational skills

• Well-versed in Microsoft Office

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience.
