Back Office Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Back Office Team Lead to lead a team of Back Office Associates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team, driving sales performance, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires excellent leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Employees to achieve existing Business targets and goals.

• Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and enhance client relationships.

• Monitor team performance and provide guidance, training, and motivation to ensure high productivity.

• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing client queries and concerns promptly.

• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.

• Prepare and present reports on team performance, client feedback, and business growth metrics.

• Ensure accurate invoicing & timely payments

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in relationship management, sales, and team leadership.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
