Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven BPO TEAM LEADER to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and supporting the sales process. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and enhancing the company's market position. Key Responsibilities ● Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify potential clients through research, networking, and other lead generation techniques. Use CRM tools to track leads and opportunities. ● Sales Presentations & Meetings Conduct sales calls, presentations, and meetings to engage prospects and convert them into clients. Understand client needs and present tailored solutions. ● Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Provide ongoing support and ensure client satisfaction, addressing any concerns or requirements. ● Market Research Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for growth. ● Proposal & Contract Development Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts based on client needs. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of customized solutions. ● Sales Targets & Reporting Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the Business Development Manager. Provide regular reports on sales activities, lead generation, and pipeline status. ● Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align on strategies and deliver effective solutions. ● Continuous Improvement Regularly assess and improve personal sales skills, tools, and techniques. Contribute to the development of best practices within the business development team.
