Job Description

Convert leads, build client relationship and sell products/services
Explain the customers about the products, its features and benefits

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of collection agents to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Monitor and control shrinkage and attrition rates to ensure team efficiency.
Train, mentor, and provide regular feedback to team members.
Prepare performance reports and implement strategies for improvement.
Ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines.
Skills:
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to motivate the team to meet and exceed targets. Mandatory Experience:
Previous experience as a Team Leader in Collections is a must.
Familiarity with BPO processes.
Strong understanding of shrinkage and attrition metrics.
