We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services over the phone, handling inbound and outbound calls, and converting leads into sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound Sales Calls: Proactively contact potential customers via phone to promote products/services and generate sales leads.
• Inbound Calls: Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and cross-sell or upsell products/services based on customer needs.
• Lead Generation: Identify potential clients, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team when necessary.
• Sales Presentations: Provide clear and compelling product/service information to potential customers to influence buying decisions.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs as set by the management.
• Follow-Up: Follow up with leads and customers, track their journey, and close deals effectively.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated with product/service features, industry trends, and competitor activities to provide accurate information.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Experience: Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with customers and build rapport over the phone.
• Sales Ability: Strong persuasive and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Customer Service Orientation: Ability to listen actively, address concerns, and offer tailored solutions.
• Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to handle customer objections with ease.
