Branch Relationship Executive

🔹 Key Responsibilities

1. Insurance Sales through Asset Channel:

   • Cross-selling life insurance to clients of the asset management or wealth management division.

   • Tapping into existing HNI/affluent client base for insurance needs.

2. Client Relationship Management:

   • Maintain and strengthen relationships with assigned clients.

   • Provide tailored life insurance solutions based on client risk profiles and financial goals.

3. Partner Engagement:

   • Work closely with Relationship Managers (RMs) of Aditya Birla Capital (or partnered banks/NBFCs).

   • Train and motivate RMs to pitch life insurance products.

4. Lead Management:

   • Follow up with leads provided by the asset channel partners.

   • Conduct need-based selling and ensure high-quality conversions.

5. Product Knowledge:

   • Be well-versed with ABSLI’s suite of life insurance products.

   • Ensure regulatory compliance while advising clients.

6. Reporting & Targets:

   • Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.

   • Provide regular updates and reports to the zonal or regional manager.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
