Branch Relationship Executive

Overview:

As a Branch Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing client relationships, delivering personalized financial solutions, and driving the growth of branch business through sales and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• Understand clients’ financial goals, preferences, and risk profiles.

• Recommend appropriate banking products and services to meet client needs.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issue resolution.

• Achieve and exceed assigned branch sales targets.

• Promote a full range of banking products including loans, mortgages, investments, and insurance.

• Identify opportunities to grow the client base through referrals and networking.

• Cross-sell and upsell financial solutions to deepen client relationships.

• Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.

• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.

• Conduct financial assessments to understand client needs and goals.

• Provide sound financial advice based on market insights and client objectives.

• Recommend investment strategies in collaboration with wealth management teams.

• Stay informed on financial trends and product developments to better serve clients.

• Partner with branch leadership, sales teams, and support staff to achieve branch objectives.

• Actively participate in sales meetings, performance reviews, and training programs.

• Contribute to a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
