Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management:
Recruiting, training, and motivating sales managers and agents.
Setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and providing feedback.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Sales and Business Development:
Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve branch objectives.
Driving sales promotion activities and managing commissions.
Handling High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) for sales closure.
Focusing on new business generation and renewal of existing business.
Operational Management:
Overseeing daily branch operations, ensuring smooth functioning.
Managing budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
Maintaining a clean and compliant office environment.
Customer Relations:
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.
Managing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
Reporting and Analysis:
Regularly reviewing branch performance and analyzing key data.
Reporting sales results and providing insights for continuous improvement.
Compliance and Regulations:
Ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Maintaining accurate records and reporting.
Channel Support:
Managing sourcing, processing, issuance, and post-issuance customer issues.
