Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-oriented Branch Sales Manager to lead the sales team and drive business growth at Delhi branch.
Key Roles And Responsibilities:
Explore market for new business development and market trends.
Lead, mentor, train and motivate the sales team to meet goals providing assistance to team related to order processing, keeping stock update etc.
Maintaining good relationship with existing and prospective customers.
Keep track on customer outstanding and doing plan for deliveries and terms.
Providing leads to the marketing team received from the support web and exhibitions and references.
Responsible for arranging product samples for team and coordinate with team and customers for new business and product trails.
Prepare and submit sales and customer data reports and submit to the reporting had daily, Weekly and monthly for progressive reporting.
Qualifications:
Any Graduate with relevant experience.
Must have worked with Team in view of sales and coordination.
Minimum 8 years of experience in field of Sales and should have exposure of of working with plastics processors.
