Job Summary:
HDFC Bank is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, promoting banking products, and achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication skills, sales acumen, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development:
Acquire new customers through field visits, cold calling, and referrals.
Promote and sell HDFC Bank’s financial products, including:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the bank.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
Build strong relationships with customers to understand their banking needs.
Provide financial guidance and recommend suitable banking products.
Resolve customer queries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
3. Cross-Selling & Upselling:
Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional banking products.
Educate customers on digital banking services, mobile banking, and net banking.
4. Market Research & Lead Generation:
Identify potential customers through market research and networking.
Participate in promotional events, sales campaigns, and customer engagement programs.
5. Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure all sales activities comply with RBI and HDFC Bank policies.
Complete necessary documentation for account opening, loan processing, and KYC.
6. Reporting & Performance Monitoring:
Maintain daily and weekly sales reports.
Track personal sales performance and report updates to the sales manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related fields.
Experience: 0-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in banking or financial services.
Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Sales-driven mindset with the ability to achieve targets.
Good understanding of banking products and financial services.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
