What You’ll Do:
Creative Direction & Campaign Planning: Develop and implement creative
ideas/concepts that align with brand goals, ensuring a consistent brand
message across all channels.

Planning & Organizing: Assist in planning and executing brand-related events,
such as product launches, trade shows, and promotional activities.Handle
day-to-day brand-related inquiries and tasks.
Photoshoot Coordination: Plan and manage photoshoots, including scheduling,
logistics, and ensuring creative vision is realized. Handle the booking of
photographers, models, and other necessary talent.
Vendor and Supplier Management: Source, negotiate with, and manage
relationships with vendors and suppliers, including photographers, models,
influencers and agencies. Ensure contracts, deliverables, and deadlines are met.
Budget Management: Oversee budgets for creative projects, ensuring cost
control and adherence to financial constraints.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative materials adhere to brand guidelines and
maintain a consistent brand identity.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, scheduling
meetings, need to travel within the city and handling correspondence.
Project Management: Track project progress, coordinate with teams and
vendors, and resolve any issues that arise during execution.
What We’re Looking For:
Brand Enthusiast: A passion for brand development and a keen interest in
fashion and trends.
Strong Communicator: Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written
communication skills.
Creative Thinker: Ability to think creatively and innovatively, with a good sense of
aesthetics.
Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and a focus on
delivering high-quality results.

Team Player: Collaborative and proactive, with the ability to work effectively
across various teams and departments.
Tools & Softwares: Should be able to use editing apps or sites like Canva to
design posters. Knowledge of basic excel & Google sheets will be a plus .
Role: This is a Work from Office, Full-Time role based out of Hyderabad. Relocation
support is provided.
