Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and strategic Brand Manager to develop and maintain a strong brand identity for our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing brand awareness, increasing customer engagement, and driving marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Development
Develop and execute branding strategies to establish a strong market presence.
Ensure consistent branding across all customer touchpoints (menus, advertisements, social media, packaging, etc.).
Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
Marketing & Promotions
Plan and implement marketing campaigns to promote restaurant services, menu items, and special events.
Develop partnerships with influencers, bloggers, and media to enhance brand visibility.
Oversee online and offline advertising, including social media, print, and digital marketing.
Customer Engagement & Experience
Ensure an exceptional brand experience for customers in-store and online.
Manage online reputation by responding to customer feedback and reviews.
Work with the operations team to align brand messaging with customer service excellence.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
Oversee social media accounts and create engaging content to boost brand recognition.
Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to maintain a strong online presence.
Track and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven improvements.
Event Planning & Collaborations
Organize promotional events, food festivals, and community engagement activities.
Partner with local businesses, hotels, and event planners to drive foot traffic.
Sales & Revenue Growth
Work closely with the sales team to increase customer acquisition and retention.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies to improve revenue.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Brand Manager or similar role in the food & beverage industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and branding strategies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Ability to analyze data, understand market trends, and make strategic decisions.
