Job Description

Convert leads, build client relationship and sell products/services
Give a brief about the product, features and benefits to the customers

 Getting Business from Existing Client & New reference generation
 Quotation preparation & follow-up till the order confirmation
 Preparing Business plans for all projects to achieve the desired target
 Searching New Customers from Resources of customers (i.e. Export data, B2B Portals, Website, Exhibitions, B2B Meeting & Visits etc.)
 Branding & activity – CRM Activity.
 Attending Exhibitions & Promotional activities.
 Discussing achievement / progress on target with Boss
 Making Report Analysis through charts / graph & presenting monthly. (Report of same will be presented quarterly).
 Providing training to Sales and Marketing Members.
 Monitoring all sales transactions reviewing all customer response for all orders and payment. Regularly supervising the work assigned to them and directing them.
 Resolving the queries of Customers related to whole Shipment.
 Feedback Collection from customers after completing shipment.
