Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with corporate clients and key decision-makers in the region

• Build strong relationships and generate leads to expand the customer base

• Meet and exceed sales targets consistently

• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team for project execution

• Handle on-ground market activities and competition mapping

• Provide timely reports and updates to the management

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development, preferably in the furniture or interiors industry

• Ability to communicate fluently in Kannada and English (knowledge of Hindi is a plus)

• Strong understanding of the Bangalore corporate market

• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets
