Franchise Manager – Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking to hire a Franchise Manager who will be responsible for expanding our franchise network and ensuring smooth coordination with potential partners. The key responsibilities include:
Franchise Recruitment: You will be provided with leads of potential clients. Your role will be to contact them, explain the franchise opportunity, and convince them to join as a franchise partner according to our company standards.
Franchise Training & Support: Once a franchise is finalized, you will be responsible for providing the necessary training and supporting them in their day-to-day operations.
Franchise Agreements & Monitoring: You will manage the execution of franchise agreements, ensure proper documentation, and regularly monitor and report franchise performance.
