Job Description

Key Responsibilities:  Identify and generate new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, emails, and inbound leads.  Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and offer appropriate cosmetic product solutions.  Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers by offering new products and services.  Develop an in-depth understanding of the cosmetic product range offered by Aromaaz International.  Provide expert advice and product recommendations to customers based on their requirements.  Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities and report progress to the Sales Manager.  Meet or exceed sales targets, KPIs, and other performance metrics.  Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.  Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or feedback.  Respond to customer queries promptly via phone, email, and other communication channels.  Work closely with other departments (such as Marketing, Product, and Logistics) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.  Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices for improving sales performance. Qualifications & Skills:  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.  Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the cosmetic, beauty, or personal care industry.  Strong communication and negotiation skills.
