Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, emails, and inbound leads. Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and offer appropriate cosmetic product solutions. Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers by offering new products and services. Develop an in-depth understanding of the cosmetic product range offered by Aromaaz International. Provide expert advice and product recommendations to customers based on their requirements. Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities and report progress to the Sales Manager. Meet or exceed sales targets, KPIs, and other performance metrics. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or feedback. Respond to customer queries promptly via phone, email, and other communication channels. Work closely with other departments (such as Marketing, Product, and Logistics) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices for improving sales performance. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the cosmetic, beauty, or personal care industry. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
