Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Female Business Development Executive with 1 to 4 years of experience in event management. The ideal candidate will have a flair for communication, strong networking skills, and a passion for delivering creative event solutions. This role involves identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the events and experiential marketing space.

  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events.

  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored event solutions.

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.

  • Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitch documents.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, operations, production) to ensure seamless execution.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competition, and industry developments.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year and maximum 4 years of experience in business development/sales within the event management industry.

  • Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to think creatively and propose innovative event solutions.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Must be confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

  • Comfortable with field visits and client meetings as needed.


Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Existing network of corporate clients or agencies is a plus.

  • Fluent in English and regional language(s).
