Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with 0-2 years of experience in the exhibition and events industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales growth for exhibition stalls and event solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the exhibition and events industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and offering suitable solutions.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and industry research.
• Pitch exhibition stall design and event services to potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
• Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Skills & Requirements:
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to generate and convert leads into business opportunities.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
• Good understanding of sales and business development in the exhibition and event industry (preferred).
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel and attend industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
• Prior experience in B2B sales, exhibitions, or event industry sales is a plus
