Senior Manager - Business Development
Industry: Manpower Service Provider
Location: Pan India
Qualification: Postgraduate (MBA/PGDM preferred)
Experience: 8-12 years in Business Development in the manpower or staffing services industry
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Development:
Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth across Pan India.
Identify and target new business opportunities in key sectors such as healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, and others.
Build partnerships with clients and understand their workforce requirements.
Client Relationship Management:
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and account growth.
Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure service delivery excellence.
Team Leadership and Coordination:
Lead and mentor a team of business development executives across regions.
Ensure alignment of team efforts with the company's revenue and growth objectives.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
Provide insights and recommendations for improving service offerings and market positioning.
Proposal Development:
Prepare and present tailored proposals and pricing strategies to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements to close deals effectively.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure all business activities adhere to industry regulations and company policies.
Prepare and submit regular reports on business development activities, revenue forecasts, and market trends to senior management.
Key Skills Required:
Strong understanding of manpower services, recruitment, and staffing industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to generate and convert leads into long-term business relationships.
Leadership skills with experience managing a geographically dispersed team.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve revenue targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
