Job Description:

The Business Development Intern (Onboarding) plays a pivotal role in expanding Choira's user base. This position is responsible for onboarding new users, nurturing relationships, and ensuring a seamless experience with the platform. The primary focus is on driving user acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• The day-to-day tasks will include identifying and pursuing leads, meeting with potential clients, negotiating contracts, providing exceptional customer service, and coordinating with the sales and marketing team.

• Sales and Marketing skills, including experience identifying and pursuing sales leads, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to deliver engaging presentations and build strong client relationships.

• Organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage administrative responsibilities.

• A bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas is preferred.

• User Training: Provide initial training to users, including musicians, music enthusiasts, and studios, to help them make the most of Choira's features.

• Prior experience in onboarding, customer support, or similar roles is a plus.
