Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our fast-growing digital marketing agency. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, pitching our digital solutions, and building long-term client relationships. If you’re passionate about marketing, sales, and growth – this is the role for you.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify & Generate Leads:

    • Research and find potential clients via LinkedIn, emails, calls, and business directories.

    • Maintain a strong pipeline of leads across various industries.

  • Client Outreach & Relationship Building:

    • Contact prospective clients to present agency services (SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Web Development, etc.).

    • Build strong relationships to convert prospects into long-term clients.

  • Pitching & Proposals:

    • Prepare customized proposals and presentations based on client requirements.

    • Follow up on leads, address objections, and close deals effectively.

  • Collaboration & Coordination:

    • Work closely with internal teams (design, content, tech) to align service offerings with client needs.

    • Ensure a smooth client onboarding process post-sale.

  • Reporting & Insights:

    • Track progress using CRM tools and report on performance metrics.

    • Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and competitor offerings.
