Job Description:

The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and

pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving

sales targets. This role involves handling inbound and outbound sales efforts,

nurturing leads, and providing exceptional client support to ensure satisfaction and

retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and nurture new business opportunities through proactive outbound

    calls and follow-ups.

  • Handle inbound inquiries, qualify leads, and guide prospects through the sales

    process.

  • Build strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and

    providing tailored solutions.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for

    achieving sales targets.

  • Maintain up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system, including

    calls, meetings, and follow-up communications.

  • Manage daily sales reporting and data management to ensure accurate

    documentation and performance tracking.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market

    opportunities to provide valuable insights.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven experience in sales, with a background in real estate or B2B segments

    preferred.
