Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, digital marketing, and referrals.
Client Engagement: Understand clients’ needs and preferences to recommend suitable properties.
Site Visits & Presentations: Conduct property site visits, showcase features, and explain pricing and payment plans.
Sales Negotiation & Closure: Negotiate deals, prepare necessary documentation, and ensure smooth transactions.
Market Research: Stay updated on real estate trends, property values, and competitor activities.
Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with clients for referrals and repeat business.
Coordination with Other Departments: Work closely with marketing, legal, and finance teams to facilitate the sales process.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in real estate sales (Freshers with strong sales skills can apply).
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
