• Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business leads.

  • Develop and maintain client relationships.

  • Conduct market research and analyze data.

  • Prepare proposals and presentations.

  • Negotiate and close deals.

  • Represent the company at industry events.

• Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing (MBA preferred).

  • 2+ years in business development/sales, with 2+ years in leadership.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proven ability to build client relationships and achieve targets.

• Preferred:

  • Experience with HNI clients.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Excel.

  • Outgoing and easygoing personality.

• Requirements:
